Great Moments in Elvis History was a recurring sketch on Muppets Tonight which spoofed the legend of rock star Elvis Presley. Its premise was to feature momentous occasions from world history, such as the signing of the Declaration of Independence, reenacted by three Muppet Elvises. Each sketch ended with a mock teaser for "next week's" sketch (which never occurred in full), a brief gag with a single Elvis.
