Gregory Lehane is a director and theater teacher who directed episodes of Sesame English (credited as Greg Lehane). He also directed Sesame Street episodes during Season 26, and served as a consulting producer on the first season of The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss.
Lehane had experience in children's programming, directing episodes of Shining Time Station and CTW's Ghostwriter. He also directed episodes of the soap operas Search for Tomorrow and One Life to Live. Much of Lehane's work has been for the stage or live events, and he is a professor of drama and music at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2009, he directed a special concert organized by Michelle Obama for the spouses of world leaders at the G-20 economic summit.
