The superhero Asking Elmo helps out people by asking questions (such as "Why is the sky blue?" or "What's the name of that song?").
In today's adventure, Grover is in the park trying to get a doggy, Rufus, to come to him, but the doggy just stays put. Asking Elmo arrives on the scene and asks Rufus why he won't come to Grover. Rufus politely answers that he can't move - he's tied to the tree. With the day saved, everyone shares a laugh and holds a pose as Asking Elmo's announcer teases further adventures.
