These segments were each about 30 seconds or so in length and featured mellow music in the background. The gymnast used various gymnastic apparata to demonstrate certain concepts.

  • Between - She swings on a rope between two pommel horses. (EKA: Episode 0573)
  • Close To / Away From - She swings on a pair of rings, to and from the viewer. (EKA: Episode 0883)
  • Over / Under - She alternately vaults over and rolls under a pommel horse. (EKA: Episode 0517)
  • Slow - She performs an uneven bars routine in slow motion. (This is basically a slow version of Beginning / End.) (EKA: Episode 0781)
