Hägar the Horrible is the title character of the comic strip created by Dik Browne in 1973. Syndicated by King Features, the comic follows the adventures of the Viking Hägar, his family, and his crew. The strip has remained popular since its debut, and has inspired its own brand of soda ("Hägar the Horrible Cola") and animated special.
On November 10, 2020, King Features and The Jim Henson Company announced plans for an animated series, using the Henson Digital Puppetry Studio.[1]
