Denyce Graves and Elmo
"Habanera" is both a music genre which originated in Cuba, and the popular name for "L'amour est un oiseau rebelle", a famous aria from the opera Carmen. This aria has been performed in multiple Muppet productions.

- On Sesame Street, an orange pops out of a basket of fruits and gets "made up" as the face of Carmen, and sings the famous aria until she loses her face. (First: Episode 0277) (YouTube)
- Miss Piggy warbles the aria for her audition piece for the opera Pigoletto in episode 409 of The Muppet Show.
- The Muppet Babies episode "Sing a Song of Superheroes" sets the songs to new lyrics for pirates sailing the seas under the command of Captain Kermit.
