Hank is a horse and operator of "Hank's Hayrides," seen in the Sesame Street direct-to-video production A Magical Halloween Adventure.
While on their way to the Magical Tricks and Treats party, the Amazing Mumford magically transports himself, Elmo, Zoe, and Telly Monster onto Hank's carriage, from which he gives hayrides and tours. While giving them one of his patented tours, Hank introduces the young monsters to the concepts of scarecrows and harvests, narrating some filmed segments about each.
He eventually stops the tour at a pile of leaves, which turns out to be another surprise from the Surprise Monsters. Mumford then concludes that rather than using magic to get to the party, they'll simply have Hank drive them there (though, as he insists, he's a tour guide, not a driver).
