Hank is a salesman who appears in the Dinosaurs episode "Refrigerator Day."
He works in the Gourmet Foods section of Kave Mart across the aisle from Richard. When the Sinclairs attempt to return some Refrigerator Day gifts, Hank advises Richard on the store's policy on selling goods.
Later, Hank accompanies Richard to the Sinclair home to deliver the news that their boss decided to adopt a return policy for the store. He provides the kids with some free ice cream and informs them that they've installed snow machines on their roof.
