"Happy" is a Sesame Street song about that cheerful feeling.
Being happy makes the vocalist enjoy the day outside, and helps them feel warm and kind and friendly. She's glad to be alive, and wants to shout "Hooray!"
Olivia sang the song in Episode 1048, and Susan performed it on the Let Your Feelings Show! record.
