Harvey P. Dull is a recurring character in the Sesame Street co-production, The Furchester Hotel.
Dull is a long-term occupant of the Furchester Hotel. In similar fashion to Mr. Johnson, he frequently bears the brunt of the poor service. He claims the one positive thing about the hotel is his favorite, comfy chair in the main lobby. He has also stated that the only reason he resides there is a lack of availability in any other nearby hotel.
