He-Man and the Masters of the Universe was a popular line of children's action figures (from the Mattel toy line), an animated television series (and sequels and remakes), and a motion picture.

- The movie was spoofed in the Summer 1987 issue of Muppet Magazine, with Kermit the Frog dressed as Dolph Lundgren. The photo was later used for a parody poster in the Muppet*Vision 3D queueing area in which the text was swapped out for a parody of Conan the Barbarian.
- In issue #2 of Muppet King Arthur, Miss Piggy references other famous castles, including He-Man's Greyskull.
