Heather Tom (b. 1975) is an actor best known for her roles on the soap operas The Bold and the Beautiful (as Katie Logan) and The Young and the Restless (as Victoria Newman).
In 2005, Tom was featured in a heavily edited segment on The Tony Danza Show in which Kermit and Miss Piggy interview stars on the red carpet of the 32nd Daytime Emmy Awards. Miss Piggy states that Tom once guest starred on Who's the Boss?
Some of Tom's other credits include Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Monk, Ugly Betty, The Mentalist, Rizzoli & Isles, Criminal Minds, Lucifer, and the 2017 reboot of Dynasty (directing several episodes).
