"Heave Ho" is a song from the Elmo the Musical segment, "Sea Captain the Musical."
When Captain Elmo can't raise his ship's anchor, he imagines a chicken crew to help pull. When the three he initially imagined don't suffice, he imagines more chickens, bringing the total to 8 and raising the anchor.
