Helen von Münchhofen (b. 1923[1]) is a retired German actress who dubbed Janice on Die Muppet Show (The Muppet Show) and in some subsequent projects (often alternating with Gaby Fehling). She received credit for the part on the German version of The Muppet Show album.
Von Münchhofen is the namesake of her mother, silent film actress Helen von Münchhofen (1904-1956), who appeared in Fritz Lang's Metropolis and others. The junior Helen von Münchhofen acted on stage, occasionally in television, and dubbing (the voice of telephone operator Rosemary on Hong Kong Phooey). She was also heard in radio plays, including a 1950 production of Bambi (as an oriole) and science-fiction dramas.
