Helena is a green, 3½-year-old monster and self-proclaimed "helper" who appears in Episode 2686 and 2736 of Sesame Street.
She appears in Hooper's Store alongside Gina to host her advice program, "Help from Helena." However, most of her advice gets muddled up because she makes some sort of rhyming mistake (such as blowing out sandals on a birthday cake instead of candles).
In Episode 2736, she allows Gina to put on her own show, "Help from Gina," in an effort to help her figure out what to do post-high school. But, her script still makes a similar rhyming error (mistaking ham and cheese sandwiches with ham and Ps sandwiches).

- In the script for her initial appearance, Helena is specified to be based on the design of Pamela. Rather than rebuild her from scratch, one of the AM Monsters' fur is trimmed to mimic Pamela's look.
