Herman López (1962-2021[1]) was a Mexican voice actor who, from 1992 to 2021, was the official voice of Dr. Bunsen Honeydew (Basilio) and occasionally dubbed Floyd Pepper. He has also been heard in several Creature Shop-effects films, notably as the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland, as well as small parts in Merlin (Vortigern's guard) and The Adventures of Pinocchio (the magistrate).
López dubbed such actors as Mike Myers as Austin Powers, Jason Alexander on Seinfeld, Gilbert Gottfried in the Problem Child movies, Peter Friedman in Paycheck, Sam Rockwell in Galaxy Quest, Judd Hirsch in Independence Day, Elias Koteas in Collateral Damage, Snoop Dogg in Training Day, Jonathan Pryce in The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, Donald Trump in The Little Rascals, and Captain Tarpals and others in Star Wars.
In animation, he dubbed Otto the bus driver on The Simpsons, Elmer Fudd in later Looney Tunes projects (including Looney Tunes: Back in Action), Wally on Dilbert, Brooklyn on Gargoyles, Eustace on Courage the Cowardly Dog, the Mayor on The Powerpuff Girls, Marlin in Finding Nemo, and Hugo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He acted in telenovelas including Te acuerdas de mí.
