Hermine is a grouch who visits Oscar the Grouch in Episode 1070.
She closely resembles Oscar but with lighter green fur (as she was recycled from a spare Oscar puppet). She wears a hat with a bow wrapped around it over her green hair.
She and Oscar sang "I Love Ya Cause You're Insincere" to each other in a junk yard.

- Although she's not named, Oscar gets Grandma Harriet to help him write love poems for "this girl grouch I don't like" one episode prior in Episode 1069.
