Hermine is a Grouch who visits Oscar the Grouch in Episode 1070.
She closely resembles Oscar but with lighter green fur (as she was recycled from a spare Oscar puppet). She wears a hat with a bow wrapped around it over her green hair.
She and Oscar sang "I Love Ya Cause You're Insincere" to each other in a junkyard.
Though she never appeared on the show again, she is mentioned in a few later episodes. Oscar mentions that she's present at a Grouch picnic he's holding in his trash can in Episode 1226, and Mr. Macintosh guesses that an apple Oscar has bought in Episode 1254 is intended for her.
