|A fairy godmother turns Cookie Monster into a handsome prince. He thinks it's ugly, and uses the wand to change her into her original form, Herry Monster wearing a wig. As monsters, they fall in love.|
|Herry and Cookie Monster practice their "monster noises" (growling and roaring), then have the viewer play a game of imitating animal noises with them.|
|Little Bird's Imagination Game
|Little Bird plays a game about imagining things. At the end, he imagines a monster behind him, and when he opens his eyes, Herry is behind Little Bird.|
|Things to do with your mind
|Farley explains things one can do with their mind - he plans on going to the door, he imagines who's knocking at it, he remembers it's not his mother and he hopes there's not a scary monster at the door. Herry Monster surprises him by bursting through the door, frightening Farley away. Herry's sorry Farley ran away; he wanted to play.|
|Grover is going to teach the audience about "surprise" by sneaking up on Ernie. He sees Ernie sitting in his chair -- and he knows that it's Ernie because he can see Ernie's shirt and Ernie's hair. Grover sneaks up to surprise Ernie -- but then it turns out to be Herry Monster.|
|Grover, Herry and a little pink monster rearrange themselves in different ways and count to three, until they get exhausted and faint.
|Ernie finds a ball, and claims it for himself, until he learns that it belongs to Herry.|
|Search for a triangle
|Herry first spots a rectangle. Grover tells Herry it isn't a triangle, and becomes frustrated. Next he spots a square, Grover tells him it isn't a triangle, and again is frustrated. Grover suggests that Herry cut the square in half and make two triangles.|
|Herry spots three shoes and deduces which one doesn't belong in the group. Prairie Dawn happens by and points out another way the shoes can be grouped.|
|TV Chair Battle
|Ernie and Bert fight over which one of them gets to sit in the chair to watch TV in. Herry tricks them into leaving so that he can sit in the chair.|
|Herry Monster has just learned how to spell the word telephone. Cookie Monster comes running in with a frantic need for a telephone. Herry shows him the word, but Cookie wants a real one. Herry gives him one, and Cookie eats it.|
|Ernie makes the sound of the letter R. Herry frightens him (and the letter) away by making a more menacing R sound.|
|Prairie Dawn Invites 3
|Prairie Dawn invited Grover to dinner, but Grover can't come without Herry, who can't come without Cookie Monster. Afterwards, Prairie learns that they are not cats.|
|R! S! M!
|Two monsters stand on either side of a large plate of cookies. Herry Monster has an "R" on his sweatshirt and growls menacingly, "Rrrrrrrr." A fat blue monster has an "S" on his sweatshirt and hisses ominously, "Sssssssss." While they argue in this way, Cookie Monster (wearing an "M" on his sweatshirt) comes along, eats the cookies, rubs his tummy, and says, "Mmmmmmmmmm."|
|Near and Far
|Herry finds Betty Lou crying: the other kids teased her because she doesn't know the difference between near and far. Herry helps her by placing three little boys in a row: the one who is nearest will get a surprise. When the surprise turns out to be a kiss, the boys start running far away from Herry. Betty Lou thanks Herry and gives him a kiss.|
|Herry snores Zs
|Zs come out of Herry's mouth as he snores.|
|Kermit attempts to demonstrate between by standing between two poles, which are actually mops held by Grover and Herry.|
|Grover volunteers to assist Mumford in his suspension act. Grover will get on top of a platform, and Mumford will pull the pillar off from underneath, and the platform will not fall. The trick works, so Grover decides to try it himself, with Herry as his assistant. Grover can't pull it off, and Herry falls.|
|Letters vs. Numbers
|A group of Muppets split into two separate teams for a game based on whether they have letters or numbers printed on their shirts -- however, one of the small ones points out that they've split into one team of big players and one team of small players. They eventually agree to play Tiddly-Winks.|
|Grover spreads Herry's alphabet secret
|Herry tells Grover a secret, which is the alphabet. Grover spreads the secret to other monsters. Herry observes that Grover is good with the alphabet but lousy at keeping a secret.
|A lady volunteers to assist Mumford in his surprise magic trick. Mumford makes her disappear and reappear by saying "Peanut Butter," but when he's going to make her reappear, Herry Monster pops up saying "SURPRISE!"|
|Herry's NO Sign
|Herry Monster holds a sign with the word "NO" on it, and tells Ernie that he can make him read his sign, to which Ernie replies "Oh no you can't!" When Ernie gets the joke, he tries it on Bert, but the gag backfires on him when Bert bets he can get Ernie to read the sign.|
|Lefty wants to sell Herry Monster a paper bag.|
|Here and There
|Billy wants to know about here and there, so Herry and Grover demonstrate by spreading apart, each calling the monster over to their side. However, whenever the monster gets to "there," he always finds himself "here".|
|In a "quickie" about the letter F, a Muppet farmer shows Herry a "Fiddle".|
|Herry Monster asks the kids at home to do simple exercises with him like moving eyebrows, touching toes with fingers, and running in place. Kermit the Frog cameos during the running in place exercise.
|Herry Monster is angry because he doesn't know how to put his new barbells together.|
|Edith Ann and Herry: Proud
|Edith Ann talks to Herry about being proud.
|Ernie Knocks Down Bottles
|At the carnival, Herry asks Ernie to participate in a game. Ernie has three chances to win a prize by knocking down a pile of bottles with a baseball. Ernie only manages to knock down some, then most of the bottles, but not all of them, so he doesn't win the prize. Herry, on the other hand, can knock the bottles down not with a baseball, but with his loud voice.

|The Addition Game
|Herry Monster is a contestant on Guy Smiley's game show "The Addition Game," in which Herry has to add items. Herry is unsure of the last addition problem, so he brings a few cars into the studio to add them up.
|Sharing a Bicycle
|Cookie Monster and Herry Monster are fighting over a bicycle, when Kermit suggests they share it. The two monsters cooperate, and devour the bicycle together.
|A Muppet girl sounds out the word "hug" and receives one from Herry.|
|Kermit Demonstrates the Number 5
|Kermit tests two blindfolded monsters and asks them which number they're feeling. Herry, without his blindfold, describes how he knew the number was a five and in the process breaks the five into pieces. Cookie Monster attempts to feel the number and Kermit tells him that he can't since its broken. Cookie devours the pieces and tells Kermit it tastes like a five.|
|Rhymes for Hi
|In a grid, Big Bird, Herry, David, Olivia, Gladys the Cow, The Count, and two kids rhyme the word "Hi."|
|Kermit X-rays Herry
|Kermit X-rays Herry Monster. Eventually, Herry wants to see his own muscles. Kermit gets behind the X-ray machine, and his bones are seen.
|The Monster Fix-It Team
|Kermit has a leak in his roof, and the Monster Repair Team, consisting of plumber Grover, telephone repairman Herry, and a female electrician, comes to the rescue. Grover fixes the leak, but he had to remove a telephone wire. Herry fixes the telephone but had to remove a light switch. The electrician solves the problem; except she had to remove a pipe.|
|The Sesame Street Open
|Herry and Cookie Monster compete in "The Sesame Street Open" where they open various things like books or lunchboxes. Cookie Monster wins and eats his trophy.|
|Elmo tries to see what Herry is reading, but since Herry's too big he tries to stand at various angles to look around his shoulders.|
|Herry is babysitting a baby letter B, and explains to Big Bird that when she grows up, she'll start a lot of important words, such as "boat", "bicycle", "brontosaurus", "bar mitzvah", and "biotechnology".|
|Late Night on Sesame Street
|Conan O'Brien hosts a late night talk show where he is going to interview some monsters, including Herry and Telly. However, since it's the middle of the night, all the monsters fall asleep before he can interview them and they explain it's important to get plenty of sleep to stay healthy.|
