A trio of Whatnot Hobos appear in the 2011 film The Muppets. They join Hobo Joe in the audience for the Muppets Telethon at The Muppet Theatre and are seen in the reprise of the song "Life's a Happy Song", hailing Jack Black as the hobo king while various human hobos carry him off.
Their performers include Bill Barretta (the green hobo), Tyler Bunch (blue hobo), and Bruce Lanoil (pink hobo).[1] The hobos returned in Muppets Most Wanted, attending the wedding with Hobo Joe.
