Hot-Fudge Man is Super Grover's enemy as seen in the 1978 Sesame Street book The Exciting Adventures of Super Grover.
A bearded, Fat Blue Anything Muppet, Hot-Fudge Man is prone to covering the city in gallons of "sweet, sticky, gooey, hot fudge." Rather than — as the saying goes — taking candy from a baby, Hot-Fudge Man prefers the opposite, coating school children with "rich, chocolatey goodness."
Despite the story's title, "Super-Grover Meets Hot-Fudge Man," Super Grover refers to the villain's return, suggesting the two have battled before in the past. In their latest encounter, Super Grover devises of a way to "take care of the likes of you" by announcing to the school children that he will buy them all ice cream to consume with as much free hot fudge as they'd like. The deed ultimately costs Super Grover $148.79, owed to the ice cream vendor.
Hot-Fudge Man is aided in his dastardly deeds by a machine that dispenses hot fudge from the bell of a horn operated by a hand-crank and an abbreviated piano keyboard. The device is mobilized on a set of four shopping cart wheels and is equipped with a telescope accompanied by a targeting sight.
