"How High the Moon," the jazz standard by Morgan Lewis and Nancy Hamilton, is considered to be one of Ella Fitzgerald's signature songs. A 1951 recording by Les Paul and Mary Ford reached #1 on the Billboard charts. The Muppets have performed it several times.
