Howie is a rabbit who appeared on Sesame Street in season 2.
He originally appeared in two street scenes: first in Episode 0195, where Bob demonstrates the word “rabbit” in a series of R-quickies, pulling him from the ears out of a hat, much to his annoyance. He appeared again in Episode 0236, where he mistakenly believes he's a duck.
He later appeared in an insert with Cookie Monster reading his poem about, you guessed it, cookies. (First: Episode 0252)
