Hugo Picchi is a Brazilian puppeteer and voice actor who performed Cookie Monster for awhile on projects related to Sésamo, including "O Desafio do Elmo," and also dubbed his appearance in the 2016 iPhone 6 commercial. He also performed Garibaldo on the 2006 TV Cultura 40th anniversary special.
Picchi performed characters on Brazilian puppet series Cocoricó and Que Monstro te Mordeu? and has voiced characters in Brazilian cartoons.
