	The Frog Prince Under the enchantment of Taminella Grinderfall, Sir Robin the Brave (played by Gordon Thomson) is transformed into a Muppet frog (Jerry Nelson).
	Pure Goldie Goldie Hawn kisses Kermit the Frog in hope of turning him into a prince. However, this has the opposite effect, as now Hawn has instead turned into a Muppet of herself. Bob Dishy and Ruth Buzzi try to cure her with their own kisses, but turn into Muppet monsters.
	Sesame Street In the "Fairy Godmonster" sketch, a cursed prince (played by David) is turned back into his rightful form, which is that of Kermit the Frog.
	The Muppet Show Episode 204 At the end of the cold open after Rich Little has impersonated different people, he emerges in the form of Mean Mama (performed by Jerry Nelson).
	The Muppet Show episode 315 At the end of "Beasty and the Beaut," the head of Lesley Ann Warren changes to resemble her beast Doglion, while her body remains human.
	The Muppet Show episode 319 Elke Sommer becomes a Bossman-type creature, retaining her head with a Muppet body, as she performs "Animal Crackers in My Soup."
	The Muppet Show episode 406 Linda Lavin asks Scooter to make her a sandwich. In a flash of smoke, she turns into a Muppet sandwich (with her own voice).
	Big Bird in China During the "Monkey King Song", the eponymous trickster briefly turns into the Two-Headed Monster.
	Sesame Street Elmo swaps bodies with Isaac Stern in Episode 2658 of Sesame Street.
	Sesame Street Patricia Arquette is turned into a penguin.
	Sesame Street Jack Black disguises himself as a chicken.
	Sesame Street Episode 3584 Bob is turned into a horse by Cinderella's fairy godmother.
	Sesame Street Robert De Niro imagines himself as a cabbage, a dog, and Elmo. (First: Episode 3978)
	Sesame Street Episode 4238 Chris is transformed into a horse accidentally by Abby.
	When You Wish Upon a Pickle Chris switches bodies with Elmo.
	Sesame Street Common becomes a mad monster in "Belly Breathe."
	Sesame Street Johnny Galecki is turned into a pumpkin.
	Sesame Street Ice Cube is turned into an actual ice cube.
	Sesame Street Conan O'Brien is turned into a frog.
	The Cookie Thief Abby's spell-gone-wrong turns Chris into a Muppet coconut.
	Elmo's Mindfulness Spectacular As a result of Abby Cadabby's broken wand and the untamed magic released from it, Juanpa Zurita is turned into a Muppet chicken, and later a Muppet pickle.

• Walter sees his reflection transformed into a human (played by Jim Parsons) during the "Man or Muppet" musical number in The Muppets.

Honorable mentions

• In Episode 112: Peter Ustinov, Kermit tells Peter Ustinov that he will become a Muppet for a Muppet Labs sketch. Ustinov is seen as himself, merely with a chord attached to his person.

• In episode 107 of Muppets Tonight, The Mad Bomber, a Muppet character, is revealed to have been guest Sandra Bullock in disguise the whole episode.
