"I'm Pretty" is a Sesame Street song originally recorded for the second cast album. It was sung by a baby seal (voiced by Joe Raposo), who points out that what might look funny to one person will look gorgeous to another. The seal asks the listeners to compare other parts of nature to him and see how pretty he is.
On the show, it was sung by David to underwater footage of colorful fish. (First: Episode 0389) Two different versions were shot to the same vocal track.
Notes[]
- The album version was originally recorded by Ivy Austin before Raposo's vocals were used instead.[1]
