"I'm a Dinosaur (I Can Do Whatever I Want)" is the opening song of the 1992 Dinosaurs album Big Songs.
When Earl orders Baby to go to bed, he refuses and declares that because he is a dinosaur, he can do as he pleases. Baby then breaks into song, bringing up all the ways he can misbehave and not care what grown-ups tell him. He carries on about his freedom to wreak havoc with a repeated chorus of "I can do whatever I want!" and closes the tune by deciding to have his song end.
