"I Can't Help It" is sung by Herry Monster on Sesame Street in Episode 0720.
In the Fix-It Shop, he accidentally rips off Luis's door. Herry has been given a pencil by Big Bird, which he uses to write a song. He sings about the disadvantages of having extra strength. During the song, he breaks many objects in the store and causes a number of explosions.
A new version of the song, with new lyrics during the bridge, was recorded for the 1975 album The Sesame Street Monsters!.
