Sesame Street Dave Matthews and Grover Sing about Feelings
"I Need a Word" is a Sesame Street song performed by Dave Matthews and Grover in Season 44.
While Dave plucks his banjo on the stoop, Grover approaches him, feeling a feeling he can't put to words. Dave begins to sing, saying they both need a word to express how they feel. Grover sings about his sadness and anger that his wish to fly to the moon in the rocket didn't come true; Dave sings about how he feels having a superhero for a friend. At the end of their song, they feel better and play a happier banjo tune; music from the Dave Matthews Band song "Ants Marching."
