Ian Bliss is an Australian actor who played the Peacekeeper scientist Drillic in the Farscape episode "Losing Time." Bliss played Bane in The Matrix Reloaded and Matrix Revolutions (as well as the game Enter the Matrix). His other film credits include The Bank and Superman Returns.
