Ibtisam is an Arab art student who lives on Sippuray Sumsum. She lives next door to the workshop owned by Jewish handyman Tzachi and his young assistants, Noah and Brosh.
Tzachi and Ibtisam teach Noah and Brosh important life lessons by telling them stories.[1]
Ibtisam moved to Rechov Sumsum when the series relaunched in 2006.[2]
