The Inspector appears in the fourth season Dinosaurs episode "Working Girl." After the Chief Elder acts on Charlene's write-in suggestion that women be allowed to work, a government inspector is sent to the WESAYSO work site. B.P. Richfield tries to put him off by having Earl, Sid, and Roy wear dresses and pretend to be females.
Careful questioning by the inspector reveals that none of them are even close to being female (well, except maybe for Roy). To meet the new requirement, Richfield then hires Charlene Sinclair the moment she steps into the door.
