Irving is the thick-accented stagehand assisting Kermit the Frog in a production of "Goldilocks and the Three Bears," as seen in a 1986 Sesame Street sketch. (First: Episode 2151)

During rehearsals, he erroneously places three chairs onstage, followed by three squares. He finally arranges for the three bears, with whom the actress portraying Goldilocks refuses to work.
