"Istanbul (Not Constantinople)" is a swing song recorded in 1953 by the Canadian group The Four Lads. It was later popularized in the 1990s by They Might Be Giants.
The rats sing a couple lines from the song at the beginning of Muppets Tonight episode 204. The song is repeated throughout the rest of the episode when someone mentions "Istanbul and Constantinople."
