"It's All Right to Cry", sometimes just called "All Right to Cry", is a Sesame Street song teaching why it's okay to cry if you're feeling unhappy, regardless of the reason. Examples given include hurting oneself, being scared, and being tired. It was played over a live-action film showing many different kinds of people crying. The style of the song is a classic 1950s ballad.
The song was originally written to be sung by Super Nanny in Episode 3122.[1]
