On Halloween night, Elmo takes the lead of the song, showing off all the traditions of the holiday and everyone's costumes. He's joined by his costumed friends, including Telly (a dog), Rosita (a robot), Prairie Dawn (a genie), Cookie Monster (a pirate), Zoe (a butterfly), Big Bird (a mouse), Baby Bear (a bee), Bert (a superhero), Ernie (a pumpkin), Alan (Elvis Presley), The Count, the Two-Headed Monster and Oscar the Grouch.
The song was also performed in the stage show Trick or Treat with Sesame Street.
