"It's a Grouchy, Grouchy Party" is a song in the 1998 Sesame Street computer game Elmo Through the Looking-Glass. Oscar the Grouch, Elmo, Telly Monster and a light green Honker with orange hair and a yellow nose sing about that you have to be grouchy to be at Oscar's Grouchy Sundae Party.
To activate the song, you have to click on the radio standing on top of a trash can.
