Joseph M. Lee is a writer (published as J.M. Lee) and co-operator of Wolf & Fox Design. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in linguistics.
Lee authored several books in The Dark Crystal franchise including Shadows of the Dark Crystal, Song of the Dark Crystal, Tides of the Dark Crystal, and Flames of the Dark Crystal. He was the winning contributor to The Dark Crystal Author Quest which ran in 2013. He is also a creative consultant and staff writer on The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance and was the credited writer of the second episode.
His other books include two entries in Gertrude Chandler Warner's Boxcar Children series: Midnight at the Haunted Hotel and Journey on a Runaway Train.
