Jack Harrell, sometimes credited as Jack L. Harrell, is an actor and voice-over announcer who voiced the droning Mr. Harold Heffer in the Dinosaurs episode "What "Sexual" Harris Meant." He also provided the narration for the animated Sesame Street insert "The Noble Ostrich."

Harrell was a regular on Cher's television show, playing butlers and businessmen. Harrell was also the original announcer for The People's Court from 1981 to 1993. Other TV credits include guest spots on Night Court, Step by Step, and Walker, Texas Ranger.
