Jack McAdam is a Canadian production and scenic designer who designed the title set in Jim Henson's TV drama The Cube.
McAdam was production designer for the 1973 film The Neptune Factor (with Walter Pidgeon), designing a large scale submarine replica which served as the primary location. Other films include Echoes of a Summer (with Jodie Foster) and Welcome to Blood City. He was production designer or art director for Canadian TV series including Seaway, The Starlost (with Robin Ward), The Swiss Family Robinson, and variety shows like The Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle Show and Bizarre. He worked on the Dick Van Dyke series Van Dyke and Company and the Alice Cooper special The Nightmare, as well as TV movies including An American Christmas Carol (with Henry Winkler). He worked with Shari Lewis on Lamb Chop's Play-Along, videos and specials, and the 1994 stage show Lamb Chop on Broadway, as well as designing for stage productions.
