Jacques Cousteau (1910-1997) was a famous French explorer of the world's oceans. Cousteau was well known for his environmentalism and his television series, The Undersea World of Jacques Cousteau.
He is an inductee of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame.
