Jane Seymour (b. 1951) is an English actor who has has earned an Emmy Award and two Golden Globes for her performances, as well as a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She has been made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE).
In the mid-1980s, she attended one of the Henson Company Masquerade Balls.
Seymour's roles include playing Solitaire in the 1973 James Bond film Live and Let Die, Elise McKenna in 1980's Somewhere in Time (with Christopher Reeve), Mrs. Wattlesbrook in Austenland (with Bret McKenzie), a recurring role on Smallville, and the title character on Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.
