Jason Isaacs (b. 1963) is a British actor especially known for his villainous portrayals, including Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies, Colonel Tavington in The Patriot (with Mel Gibson), and Captain Hook in the 2003 Peter Pan. He voiced the Emperor on The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance.
Isaacs played Captain Gabriel Lorca on Star Trek: Discovery and Dr. Percy on the Netflix series The OA, while other film credits include Dragonheart and Armageddon.
