Jessica DiCicco (b. June 10, 1980) is an actress working primarily in voice-over. She provides the voice of Summer, a penguin character introduced on the 2018 Muppet Babies series. She was heard in the Sesame Street video game Once Upon a Monster and voiced the title character in the Henson Company series Frances, as well as characters in one of Henson's Unstable Fables.
Some of her significant roles include voicing Lynn and Lucy Loud (and other characters) on Nickelodeon's The Loud House, Flame Princess on Adventure Time, Star Sapphire on DC Super Hero Girls, Lexi Bunny on Loonatics Unleashed, Malina on Disney’s The Emperor's New School, and April, May and June on Donald Duck's Legend of the Three Caballeros. She has also provided voice work for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Gravity Falls, Sofia the First, Bratz and the Guardians of the Galaxy cartoon. Her on-screen appearances include Kate & Allie, The Godfather Part III and Witness to the Mob.
