Jim Henson's Designs and Doodles is a 2001 book based on the 1996 exhibit Jim Henson: Designs and Doodles.[1] The book features many design sketches, storyboards, and other artwork created by Jim Henson, from the early 1950s until 1977. Also included is a foreword written by Karen Falk, archivist for the Jim Henson Company.
Jane Henson and Jane Levanthall hosted a reception at the Henson Townhouse in May, 2001 to launch the book.[2]
The book later lent its name to an exhibit that took place at the University of Maryland, College Park in 2003.
