In July 2010, publishing news blog Galleycat reported that author Brian Jay Jones had sold a biography of [[Jim Henson]] to Ballantine Books. Jones will be working on the as-yet-untitled project with the blessing of the Henson family. Jones has previously published a biography of Washington Irving in 2008.
