Jim Tutter is a relative of Tutter's. He appeared in the Bear in the Big Blue House episode "The Tutter Family Reunion," along with other relatives, as well as the book adaptation. He is one of the Tutter Holler Tutters, along with Shouter, Whiner and Jitter.
In the book, Jim is accompanied by Juner (or "June," as the book calls her), implying they are a married couple. However, in the episode, Juner is the single mother of Baby Blotter, and she and Jim are introduced separately.
