Jitter, hailing from Tutter Holler, is one of Tutter's many relatives.
Nervous and speaking with a stammer, the fittingtly-named Jitter enters The Big Blue House for "The Tutter Family Reunion," alongside fellow Tutter Holler Tutters Shouter, Whiner, and Jim. A bit later, Jitter expresses fear at the sight of bears, to the disappointment of Ojo.
