Jodie Foster (b. 1962) is an actress who became famous at a young age, both for her performances in Disney films such as Freaky Friday and more mature fare such as Taxi Driver, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award at the age of fifteen. She later won two Oscars for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her performances in The Accused and The Silence of the Lambs.

Foster appeared on Sesame Street in two inserts for Season 24; a segment where she directs Telly reciting Little Jack Horner (First: Episode 3079), and a scene with Oscar on the word "important" (First: Episode 3117), footage of which can be seen in the 1994 special Stars and Street Forever.

Foster also contributed a "Penne with Broccoli Rabe" recipe for Miss Piggy's 1996 cookbook, In the Kitchen with Miss Piggy.

Pepe the King Prawn interviewed Foster on the red carpet of Flightplan for a segment of From the Balcony.
