Jorge García Insúa is a Spanish voice actor who dubbed Cookie Monster on Juega Conmigo, Sésamo (Play With Me Sesame) and subsequent TV and home video dubs, including The Furchester Hotel. He voiced Wander McMooch in the redub of Los Fraguel (Fraggle Rock).

Cartoon roles include Sarge in the Toy Story movies, the Penguin in various Batman projects, Lobo and Steel on Superman, Gorilla Grodd on Justice League Unlimited, Danny Trejo on Family Guy, and various roles on South Park and the animated Star Trek.
