Joy Regullano is an actor and writer who wrote the November 2021 Sesame Street online video "Ji-Young's Song with the Best Friends Band!" (YouTube)[1] and the 2023 special Oscar's Handmade Halloween, where she also wrote lyrics for the opening song.
As an actor, she has appeared in Garfunkel and Oates, Raising Hope (with Cloris Leachman), 90210, Barry (with Bill Hader), Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (with Rachel Bloom), and House of Lies (with Don Cheadle).
Her work as a writer includes the Pixar series Monsters at Work, the DreamWorks series Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight (with Jack Black), and the Netflix series The Healing Powers of Dude.
